Our perceptions, those things that can either put a good spin on our day or can send us on a downward spiral pretty fast. It’s our perceptions that shape our thoughts, and our thoughts will undoubtedly shape our life and our reality.
So, I know that we are not in the best of places due to the confinement, but we can control our perceptions, and that is the first step to leading a healthier life. So rather than choosing to focus on the bad, let’s try (if only a couple of minutes per day) to focus on the good. Keeping a gratitude journal is one way to do it. Writing down good things will automatically help us to start shaping our perceptions.
