Let’s start the day, and what better way to kick it off than by getting your daily dose of Music Quotes and Coffee. It’s Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Pain doesn’t last. Growth Does. This Tuesday let’s talk about pain, and the fear that comes when we want to get rid of pain, but are too afraid to move. We must remember that pain is temporary. Pain doesn’t last, and when we finally get rid of it, we grow. When we are stuck on a situation that causes us pain, we tend to normalize it, we tend to minimize it and the worst part is that we learn to live with it.
But that’s not the way it should be. I once heard someone say that “Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.” But why wait until it’s so? We all have things that are causing us pain. But if we decide to change, we can start by understanding that pain won’t last, and at the end of the tunnel, we will find growth.
“Pain doesn’t last. And when it’s gone, we have something to show for it. Growth.”

One of the most interesting books that I’ve read recently is Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It – by Kamal Ravikant, and that’s from where I took this quote. It’s a life-changing book and I strongly recommend that you read it.
