It means throwing away all the junk food. Is running a marathon your wish? Then you have to start with training. Are you interested in writing that book that you have been putting off for a long time? Then start a blog, start writing every day.
Do you want to move from that job that is killing you? Well, then you have to update your resume, start networking, contacting headhunters, updating your Linkedin profile and so on. Will it be easy? probably not. Will it be worth it? Yes, it will be. But remember, you don’t have to get from zero to one hundred in a day. Just keep improving 1% every single day.
