Let’s start the day, and what better way to kick it off than by getting your dose of Music Quotes and Coffee. Today it’s Wednesday, January 8, 2020. Today would mark the 73rd birthday of David Bowie. And today while I was training, I started thinking about the Chicago Bulls, Jordan, Pippen, and that dynasty.

And I remembered the Phil Jackson book – “Eleven Rings”. So I looked for a quote by him. And as always, his words about the process had a profound impact. We should trust the process, do our best and do not worry about the outcome. If it’s favorable, then perfect. If not, we should learn from the failures and adapt.
