Let’s start the day, and what better way to kick it off than by getting your dose of Music Quotes and Coffee. Today it’s Monday, January 6, 2020. For a lot of people, today marks the first working day of the year. For the past couple of weeks, I have written about preparing, setting up goals, and getting ready.
But now is go time. You need to start working on your project. Now. One of the quotes that have stuck to me for a long time is “The harder I work the luckier I get”. And I think it is very true. If you don’t start working and you don’t keep moving forward, opportunities won’t arrive. You have to start moving. You will see that the more you go at it. Luck comes to those that are prepared, and the way to get lucky is to keep going.
So start making your own luck, by getting started. Personally, this year there are many things that I want to accomplish and I have started working on them. Some are currently ongoing, others I am still trying to visualize the product, but the only thing I can’t do is be static. My goals are very big, so it’s better to get started. What are the things you want to do? How are you moving towards your goal? Are you spotting opportunities that you previously couldn’t see? If possible, drop me a note, would love to see what you are currently working on.
“There’s no such thing as luck. Play the game as hard as you can, and you’ll make your own luck.”
