Let’s start the day, and what better way to kick it off than by getting your dose of Music Quotes and Coffee. Today it’s Thursday, December 26, 2019.

Today I was at the gym (which as expected was empty), and while I was focusing on getting the reps in, I was listening to a podcast. And on that podcast, the host was talking about finding your creativity and not fearing to go after it. And it made me realize how many of us are living in fear. Fear of not being good enough. But I think most of us struggle with the fear of death. So, when I came back to home I started searching for a quote, that I had read in the past about fear and death. And again I turned to the stoics, specifically to Marcus Aurelius.

“It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live.”

So today, let’s focus in understanding that we should not fear death. We should fear never beginning to live. And that should be enough motivation to get us started. To do all the things that we had said “someday”.
