Reid Hoffman is the founder of Linkedin. He is also a partner on the VC firm Greylock Partners. He also is the host of a very good podcast called Masters of Scale. His insights are spot on and I’ve followed him for a long time. One of the things I like about Reid is that his lessons about personal branding, entrepreneurship are something to go back and revisit from time to time and that executives should go back and review.

That is why for today’s quote I went and looked into his most recent book “Blitzcaling”. It’s a great book about scaling your business and building value.

And as I have previously written in my blog, one never stops learning, and in a sense, we must always be in a “beta” state. Life is a progress and we should always keep learning and reiterating.
